Little Heroes Yoga Toddler Story, Sing & Stretch
This 4-week session is a great way for parents/caregivers and their children Walking – Age 3 to come together to learn simple yoga stretching, enjoy plenty of fun music with age-appropriate instruments, and participate in yoga story time. Children begin to learn the fundamental yoga breathing techniques, stretching poses with the help and guidance of loved ones, as well as some stillness. All in a fun, creative and courageous Little Heroes Yoga way. Classes are 30 minutes in length. Our next session will happen during the fall as we transition into a new space. Little Heroes Yoga Workshop is a 3-hour introduction to the practice of Kids’ Yoga to allow adults the opportunity to begin to understand and adapt techniques and methods to teach yoga to children. This workshop will take you through a children’s yoga practice to create the atmosphere and environment unique to the kids’ yoga experience and allow you to be a big kid for the afternoon! We will discuss adapting our yoga practice to young bodies and minds and give you a simple starting tool kit to bring the immense benefits of yoga to the little ones in your life.
This workshop is for anyone with children in their lives and focuses on yoga for children ages 3-8, inspiring imagination, creativity, dynamic practice and courageous yoga community for yogis big and small. Come with a child-like curiosity and a compassionate joyful experience will unfold!

Bring your baby or toddler (0-4) to yoga with you dressed in their Halloween best for a fun yoga class with baby and bonding in mind! We will finish with a group picture and some snacks. Little Heroes Yoga Spring Yoga In the Park
Little Heroes Yoga is celebrating spring with a free yoga class at Woodley Park on Friday, 4/1/16 and We would love for anyone who’s interested to join us.
Class will be on 4/1/16 from 1:00pm-1:45pm and is for babies to preschool age kids and their families. We have extra yoga mats and you can bring a blanket or any items your child may like and snacks for after.
