Little Heroes Yoga Dandelion Breath
Take a social distancing walk around your neighborhood.
Find a dandelion and sit crisscross with it in your hand. Look at the little pieces/ seeds of it as it makes a circle.
Notice its color and texture.
Take a few deep breaths, observing the little structure.
Bring your mindful awareness just to the dandelion right now.
Sit up tall, make a wish, breathe in and breath out and blow the little seeds off the stem.
